BP Log: Track Blood Pressure

About this app

I'm a preventive cardiologist. I keep meeting people who only learn their blood pressure is high after it has already affected their heart, kidneys, brain or eyes. Home readings could have flagged it much sooner, if they're taken the right way. So BP Log walks you through the method the latest guidelines recommend: two readings about a minute apart, averaged, because blood pressure shifts from minute to minute and a single number can mislead. Add a past reading from History with the date and time you took it • Choose whether a reading counts as morning or evening, so your AM and PM averages stay accurate • Edit any s
