Most calorie counters and fitness trackers tell you how much you ate or burned in abstract numbers, but leave you doing mental math to figure out what that actually means on the scale each morning. KEY FEATURES: • Daily Weight Change in Grams/Oz: See today's estimated gain or loss in real time based on your net energy balance. • Apple Health Native: Works seamlessly with whatever food logger (Foodnoms, MacroFactor, MyFitnessPal, etc.) and fitness tracker (Apple Watch, Garmin) you already use. • Actual vs. Expected Trends: Interactive charts that overlay your real morning weigh-ins against your mathematical CICO trajectory. • Apple Watch App & Complications: Glance at today's balance right from your watch face. • Flexible Units: Seamlessly switch between kcal and kJ, kg and lb/oz. • Mindful Safeguards: Daily projected weight change stays masked until a healthy minimum food intake (1,200 kcal / 5,021 kJ) is met, discouraging unheal
