A to-do list can't tell you whether your week can actually hold it. Rainbow Craft lays the week out by day and hour, so you can see what fits before you say yes. Start with the hours you can't give up, such as sleep, meals and work. What's left is the time you really have. Then drag your to-dos onto the days that still have room. PLAN THE WEEK YOU REALLY HAVE A week is 168 hours. Fixed routines take their share first, and the app shows what remains in plain numbers. A rainbow on each day shows how many to-dos are already sitting there. DRAG IT WHERE IT GOES Drag a to-do onto a day and it becomes a plan block. Move it to another day, change its time, or drag it back to the list when the date no longer works. SEE A DAY ACROSS 24 HOURS The timeline lays a day out on a 24-hour ruler. Gaps and overlaps are easy to spot, and you choose how overlapping items are arranged. SPLIT BIG JOBS INTO STEPS THAT FINISH Big jobs stall when something is still in the way.
