Always free ・A flexible 1–180 minute timer and breathing rhythm ・Breath practice, body scan, a seven-day beginner path, and a sleep session ・Bundled English and Chinese guidance and nature sounds ・On-device practice records with seven-day and monthly views ・Home Screen and Lock Screen quick widgets If you want to go further, an optional annual membership or lifetime purchase unlocks focused courses for deep rest, pre-exam calm, and emotional cool-down. Eligible new annual subscribers can try it free for seven days. The annual plan renews automatically after the trial; cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. The App Store shows the price before you confirm. A Live Activity shows your remaining session time on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. On Apple Watch, you can start an independent 5, 10, or 15 minute session and sync completed practice to iPhone. Core meditation remains free.
