Mayor 4000 is a pure city-building simulation made for mobile. No timers. No energy. No resource grinding. Build, zone, and manage your dream city. Start with a small town and grow it into a thriving metropolis where every citizen, job, and traffic jam is simulated month by month. You're the mayor. Every decision is yours: • Zone & grow — Lay out residential, commercial, and industrial zones and let neighborhoods rise on their own, from low-density streets to towering high-rises, as demand, land value, and desirability allow. • Build the infrastructure — Streets, avenues, highways, rail, subways, power grids, and water networks your citizens depend on. • Run the services — Police, fire, health, schools and universities, parks and landmarks. Fund them well, or watch your coverage crumble. • Balance the books — A real supply-and-demand economy links homes, shops, and factories. Set taxes, pass ordinances, issue bonds. • Survive disasters — Fires, earthquakes, floods, and tornadoes strike a living city. Rebuild from the rubble. • Keep them happy — Pollution, crime, traffic, and unemployment all matter. City reports, alerts, and resident requests keep the pressure on your decisions
